Amanda Alberico

Founder & Instructor

Amanda is the founder and owner of Prana Yoga Studio. She is a triple certified yoga instructor specializing in therapeutic based practices, energy healing and Inside Flow yoga.

Telisha Bryan began her yoga journey in a quest to find a holistic way to deal with her chronic back pain. She is now a 200 hour certified yoga instructor in Westchester, New York. Her classes combine elements of the spiritual side of the practice with the asanas. Telisha is also a certified beginner and intermediate pilates mat instructor, helping students tone their entire body with low impact, and precise movements.

Arta is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who stumbled upon yoga and fell in love with the practice while on a spiritual journey to tap into her higher self. The connection gave her a deeper sense of purpose and increased her awareness of the interconnectedness of all sentient beings. Arta encourages students to cultivate a life of gratitude by promoting self-forgiveness and self-compassion, as every one of us has a wounded inner child. Both steps are necessary to support our wellness by inevitably dissolving our ego, which ultimately leads to a happier and more meaningful life.

Nicole has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and receiver her 200 YTT in 2020. Nicole was practiced various forms of dance during her childhood and found yoga to be an alternative, by creating a sense of routine, structure, and most importantly, the flow in the asanas. Nicole has practiced and experience in all levels and classes of yoga. Throughout her yoga journey, she has found that there is more to just mastering a pose--you can always improve and challenge yourself to go deeper both physically and mentally. She truly believes it is up to the students to understand their body and it is her responsibility to help them achieve that an become one with their mind, body, and breath. Nicole's proudest moments is seeing her students truly focus on themselves and their practice, and take what they learned on the mat with them off the mat.

Christine's yoga journey started off simply as a 30 day yoga challenge; this bark ignited a passion for movement, mindfulness and spirituality. She caught the “yoga bug” , this combined with the desire to stay fit, healthy and inspire others to do the same, sent her on a mission to share this practice. Christine is a RYT – 500 hour certified instructor specializing in Vinyasa and the belief that calisthenics can tone and shape the body. Her motto is"listen to your body and its needs, while striving for lifelong wellness”.

Danielle

Yoga Instructor

Danielle started her yoga journey as part of her self-care journey when starting her full-time job post grad. She believes that for the hour you are on the mat, all the focus should be on yourself. After a whirl wind of 2020, and working from home for a year and half, Danielle decided to get her RYT-200 HR certification. Her teaching style is dynamic and interactive, while cultivating a really fun vibe.
