Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by linking movement to breath as you flow through a sequence of poses. Various levels are available to accommodate where each individual is within their practice ( including gentle, hatha, strength and sculpt).

Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a very dynamic yoga practice made up of six series with a fixed order of asanas (poses) with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace through its disciplined nature.

Inside Flow

Inside Flow is a completely immersive experience like no other! New to the U.S. , Inside Flow can only be found in NY at Prana Yoga, but this choreographed vinyasa founded by Young Ho Kim has been practiced for over 15 years . Detox Vinyasa

Utilizing a variety of poses, particularly twists and bends to stimulate the physical and emotional body encouraging a release of anything that needs to be expelled. The physical compression of body throughout the practice allows for a fresh supply of oxygenated blood to flow into that space upon release, fueling and rejuvenating your mind and body.
